All orders ship free within the 50 United States.

No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.

We do not offer expedited or paid shipping upgrades at this time.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Acavo.
International Shipping
At this time, Acavo only ships within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. Acavo is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You may use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@acavo.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate or replace it. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the original shipping date.
