  • Acavo offers dietary supplements. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Statements made on our Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

3. Orders and Subscriptions

  • One-Time Purchases: You may purchase products as a single order.

  • Subscriptions: We also offer recurring subscription plans (30-day, 90-day, or 180-day supply options). By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically bill your chosen payment method at the interval you select until you cancel.

  • Managing Subscriptions: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. You authorize Acavo to charge your designated payment method for all purchases and subscription renewals.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

  • Shipping: Orders are fulfilled to the shipping address you provide. Delivery times may vary.

  • Refunds: Your first order is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, email us at support@acavo.com within 90 days of receipt to request a refund.

  • Subsequent Orders: Only the first order of a subscription is eligible for a refund under the guarantee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site—including text, graphics, logos, product names, and the Acavo Strain Library—is the property of Acavo Health, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct
